Andy is a Professional Structural Engineer with over fourteen years of engineering experience in the AEC Industry. His experience encompasses a wide spectrum of structural engineering projects including the design of residential, commercial, industrial, and manufacturing facilities with experience in wood design, retaining wall, Steel Framing.

Kenneth G. Fraine

Principal – Geotechnical Division

M.S., Civil Engineering, 1997, Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, Virginia. Awarded Woodward-Clyde Professional Development Grant. Area of Concentration: Geotechnical Engineering. Providing specialized geotechnical and structural engineering services, including shallow & deep foundations design, residential structural inspection, and structural remediation.
